As mentioned, our service provides for all of our customer’s needs. Set out below are some standards and specifications included in our relationship:
- CONTACT: The applicant may contact us by e-mail, setting out in summary form of their requests. We will respond by e-mail confirming the details of their request and specifying the rates. Upon your confirmation, a deposit will be made, enabling us to devote ourselves to researching your request.
- TERM APPOINTMENT: Once the terms of the agreement have been established with the customer, and if chosen one of the properties proposed by us, we will provide unlimited monitoring, to assure the final purchase. Of course, if the customer wishes to cancel their request they can do so by email. In the case of cancellation, the deposit already paid will be deducted from the balance of all charges incurred.
- BALANCE: The balance of the agreed amount is specified in the agreed percentage on the purchase price of the property, and will be paid to the company, together with the payment of the purchase price of the property identified. The fee considered very competitive compared to the overall service provided.
